Description

Trying to upgrade from 2.00+ to 2.05+. Config.php seems not to be read. Database upgrade contains incorrect details.

Steps To Reproduce

Backup sql server
Copy config.php, tmp, upgrades, web.config and aspnetclient from existing iis 7 folder.
Delete contents of this folder
Unzip 2.05+ into said folder
Replace copied out folders
Clear browser history
Visit http://<mysite>/admin
Database upgrade info lists following incorrect information:
Database type: sqlsrv
Database name:
Table prefix: lime
Site name: LimeSurvey
Root URL: /index.php?r=admin/update
The database name is available in the config.php file.
Clicking next regardless gives the following error:
The LimeSurvey database is being upgraded (2014-11-11 14:48:40) .

Please be patient...

An non-recoverable error happened during the update. Error details:

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[42000]: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'PRIMARY'.
