Summary08016: Installer doesn't check for sufficient DB user rights
Description

During installation there seems to be no check whether the user is allowed to write into the database tables. Besides checking the DB connection details, we could check if the user is allowed to:

  • create/delete tables tables
  • write into tables
  • update tables
