Summary07603: unified behaviour of copy function
Description

the steps and behaviour of copying survey, groups and questions is different.

e.g. when copying a survey I have to select the new icon and then go to the copying tab. But when I want to copy a group or a question I have to open the element I want to copy and then press the coresponding icon.

A possible solution: unify the behaviour
I think it would be better to have the same behaviour for all copy functions. It is not a problem to keep the copy behaviour like it is now but maybe an additional button for copying a survey when a survey is selected would be nice
