Summary	07591: Make Group Conditions accessible like Question Conditions.
Description	I am aware of the possibility to add conditions to groups since version 1.92 of Limesurvey, but I believe that adding a condition button to the Group line, in admin, would be an easier way to access this function. The possibility to show a group just if user answers certain questions in a certain way would be really useful, i think.
Additional Information	A possible solution: Add this functionality the same way it's implemented for questions. As I said, I believe that adding a condition button to the "Group" line like the one we can use in "Question" line, in admin, would be an easier way to access this function.
