Summary	07584: Show question index / allow jumping
Description	The doc say: When Yes, an index will be displayed on the right side. Users can jump to any section in the survey. But only the first group is display in the index. The others appear after the next button is click.
Additional Information	A possible solution: parameter a parameter that display or not the complete index for the survey
