Summary06802: "Invalid address: Invalid address:" displayed on survey submission.
Description

"Invalid address: Invalid address:" is displayed on survey submission if there are admin email addresses set in General settings > Notification and data management.

The error appears once for each address set.

Steps To Reproduce

Set an email address in General settings > Notification and data management
Submit a survey
The error is displayed in the top left of the browser window
