Summary06710: Filter ignored in text answers
Description

Filters in statistics are ignored in text answers. There are all text answers displayed after clicking "Browse" button.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open "Get statistics from these responses" panel for some survey
  2. Set filter in "Response filters" and check some answer that contains free-text answers
  3. Run via "Statistics" button
  4. Display text answers with "Browse" button
  5. There are all text (not just those matching filter) shown in list
