Summary06583: Internal Server Error when trying to save global settings
Description

I came across this error every time when trying to click "save" on global settings.

Internal Server Error

CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'stg_value' cannot be null

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

Might be something wrong with the SQL query? I've upgraded from 1.93 to 2.00.
