Summary05499: Printable survey screen should be opened at a new tab
Description

When using the printable survey feature the printable version of the survey is displayed on the current screen. That is a problem because this screen doesn't have a "home" icon or anything else to get back to the main admin panel. It is very irritating for the general user.

Best solution would be to simply show the printable version on a new tab/screen.

Open the printable version of a survey.
