Summary20840: New editor: answer option and subquestion codes can not be edited on an active survey
Description

In the new editor, once a survey is active, the codes of answer options and subquestions are shown as read-only text, Add answer / Add subquestion is disabled with the tooltip "Deactivate survey to edit", and the remove button is hidden. The classic editor allows editing answer option codes of an active survey, and this should be possible in the new editor too.

Code (editor/src):

  • components/QuestionTypes/subquestionCodeComponents.js, SubquestionCodeInput: renders a plain div instead of the input when isSurveyActive.
  • components/QuestionTypes/QuestionModes/OptionQuestionEditMode.js lines 105, 122, 195, 205: remove button hidden, add button disabled when isSurveyActive.
  • Same in the Cloud editor (editor/core f4c0b93f).
Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey with a List (Radio) question with answer options A1, A2, A3. Activate the survey.
  2. Open the question in the new editor and try to change the code A2.

Expected: the code can be edited, as in the classic editor.
Actual: the code is read-only text; adding answer options is disabled ("Deactivate survey to edit").
