Summary20534: Ability to have SVG logo on form
Description

I want to be able to display an SVG logo on my survey.

While I can successfully upload and select an SVG logo, it does not render on the Fruity TwentyThree theme, with no error message to indicate failure either.

Additional Information

A PNG version of the logo works as expected, but SVG is preferable as that is the main format of our organisation's logo asset, and a format with a different purpose in general (vector instead of raster).
