Summary20528: Add an option to set the administrator e-mail as the survey owner by default
Description

The dashboard currently only allow one email adress in the global paramaters and the survey owners/admins can change it manually (but they usually don't) so we end up with specific survey questions on generic mail (the technical support in my case) and we have to redirect users "manually" to the survey owners.
Is it possible to add an option to set the admin e-mail = survey owner mail by default in the dashboard ?
