Summary20422: user group name longer than 20 chars
Description

Since we have usergroups that derive from virtual organisations that are longer than 20 chars, it would be very helpful to allow longer names. Maybe up to 255 chars? This could be beneficial for all users.

Additional Information

A fork where this is applied is already existing and a pull request is in preparation.
Current workaround is to shorten the names for groups, but this can lead to problems.
