Summary20401: Global "Hide tip"
Description

When editing a question there is an option unter "Display" to hide tips. Erroneous inputs or manually created hints (Help-tab) show anyway, so many of the tips that are displayed can feel a bit obvious (something like "please answer this question").
It would be great to have an option in the survey settings to hide tips for the entire survey since it is quite tedious to have to click "Hide tip" for every single question.
