Some surveys cover technically complicated topics that require multiple people to collaborate to provide the requested information. Each submission (likely) involves a collaborative effort to build a coherent response.

The current support in Lime Survey for submitting responses seems limited to a single person providing their input.

Such collaborative survey responses is still possible, but it requires the person submitting the response to coordinate the answers across the group. There seems to be little support in Lime Survey to support such coordination activity (for example, no support for a submitter obtaining the survey as an editable format)

It would be helpful is Lime Survey were to allow someone to "share" their incomplete submission with multiple people, which would allow people to work collaborative when filling in the submission.
