DB can be disable when try to save, a table error can happen, another broken update for another user etc …

@tibor.pacalat I concur with Denis here. After the dialog was rebuilt there is no proper error shown anymore in case the survey creation fails.
A missing field is an extreme error, but also could be non-validating values or similar.
