Summary20298: The field list for the placeholder insertion button is empty in the email template editing screen.
Description

In the email template editing screen, when you click the button to insert a placeholder field, a list of available fields is supposed to appear for selection, but the list is empty, and no placeholders can be selected.

Settings -> Email templates

Click "Placeholder Fields" button at the edit area.

Expected result

The list of fields available for use in the email template is displayed.

Actual result

The message “No replacement variable available for this field” appears in the list of options, and the field cannot be inserted.
