Summary20016: Resume later email lost/not received - sending back
Description

I have many respondents who have had problems with the ‘resume later’ option. Either Limesurvey did not register the answer, or did not get the email with the link.
It would be great if it would be possible to resend the email with access to the recorded answers saved on LimeSurvey. Or at least that they can do so.

Confirmed also for version 6.13.2+250506.
May also be related to https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=20055

By clicking "resume later" > filling in all info (including email) > Neither the save-confirmation nor the save-email are shown / sent.
The next page is shown instead with validation errors.
