Summary19730: Use information from survey participants for answer options
Description

A special kind of survey questions, called peer nomination or peer ranking, requires the participant to select or rank the names of the other participants in the survey instance. We would like to implement this as an option for certain kinds of question types or as separate question type in LimeSurvey. The answer options of such a question would show an option per participant (or subgroup?) in the survey. As this is only possible if there are participants to choose from (i.e. when the survey is in closed-access mode), it should be disabled, and/or pop a warning if this feature is activated for questions in an open-access mode surveys.

Initially the generation of answer options could work similarly as by just using a label set, except that the label set is automatically generated from participant info. A warning of potential privacy/security breach should make sure that survey builders are aware of the danger of this option.

Ultimately we would like to enable better support for pseudonymization of participants within LimeSurvey (maybe fits better in a different feature request). Privacy sensitive participant information could be stored separate from survey data, and LimeSurvey could connect to the external database to retrieve participant info if necessary. A random (or longitudonal) ID could then be the only thing stored in the LimeSurvey database.

For the peer nomination questions, rendering of the privacy sensitive answer options would happen on the client side application by replacing the pseudonymous ID's with a real first name, last name or other info.
