Summary	19674: input-error as initial state for multiple choice with comment question IF validation limitations implemented
Description	The question is at error state after opening the page initially, the input fields are "red" indicating a possible error without participant having filled anything on page. stumbled upon it with multiple-choice-with comments, checked a few other question types, but not all. Possibly this affects also some other types, not sure.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce create a question multiple-choice-with comments Add a logic limitation, eg: set something to "minimum answers" preview open the question/page/survey Expected result Nothing indicates an error state initially after opening the page Actual result All the question inputs are "red", the question-container has a style class "input-error" example file included.
