Description

In the new wiki/manual system we loose Category navigation.
It's a reallu interesting way to navigate.
I always use it to get plugin information.

Expected result

Have a way, for example https://manual.limesurvey.org/Plugins to https://manual.limesurvey.org/Category:Plugins to https://manual.limesurvey.org/Category:Core_Plugins

(and it's more clean for page creation too to set multiple category)

I still seatch link in https://manual.limesurvey.org/Plugins_-_advanced/en
