Summary19362: Global setting turned off not visble
Description

Global settings -> General: if you tunr OFF "Create example question group and question:" this is NOT marked at the settings. Only status ON gets marked with a black background.

Expected result

Mark disabled setting with a dark background.

Actual result

Setting is still white
