Description

When an user without superadmin right goes to global settings and click on

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a user with all global settings right but not superadmin
Log in as tghis user
Go to global settings
Click on button

Expected result

Return to current page, assets is resetted
OR
Reset asset button is disable

Actual result

Reset asset button is enable but goes to a white page and asset not resettted

Really minor issue : not superadmin but all Global settings right must be really rare.

need a decision : restet assets need superadmin right or not ?

It's not a 500 error , it's a 200.

matter or not : show for non superadmin, but disable action in PHP. Then need a decision.
