I don't find the issue number for relation.

Have a direct button to create new + a dropdown just after to copy and import can be really great.

We should definitely have accessibility support. For the additional buttons i think we can discuss if we want to get them back in, but i would create a new ticket for that.

Thanks Denis. The reported accessibility problem is fixed: screen readers now announce the button as "Create survey" and it shows a tooltip, which meets WCAG. Adding visible text is a design change to the top bar, so we won't change it for now.

Can we add it in a sr-only ?
Then the Admin theme developer can show it without adding javascript solution ?

Done: the label is now a hidden text inside the button (class dropdown-button-label), so an admin theme can show it with CSS only.
