Summary18661: Groupbased timer
Description

Feature request.
We need in lime a 'group-based' timer.
So a timer that counts-down and is visible even in the 'question by question' mode.
The timer should start when the first question of the group is rendered/shown.
The timer should be paused during the screen-switch to a next question
The timerproperties should (rooughly) be the same as the questiontimer (warnings, styling )
important: when the configured time is expired, the survey should switch to next group.

Additional Information

As this is a substancial request, w're certainly willing to make a substantial payment also, if this could be implemented in Limesurvey.
