Summary18598: Bad category for some settings for Date qeustion type
Description

Some settings are at bad place

  1. Max date and min date must be in logic, not in display
  2. Date/Time format must be in Display because it update only display (not input)
  3. Minute step interval Show help must be in Display because it update only display (not input)

Look ate date and try to find Date max and min

Found it in Logic

Found it in display
