Summary18588: LS 5 - default General survey settings for Administrator and Administrato email address
Description

The page sets as default to inherit the Administrator and Administrato email address from the general settings.
Indeed, this is not what our users usually want but they tend to forget to pur "Inherit = OFF"
Would it be possible to set a different default value for this?
