Description

regardless of permission, in the theme editor, the top right dropdown is not clickable

Steps to reproduce

  1. click theme editor in the theme list.
  2. go to the theme editor page by clicking "theme editor"
  3. click the top right nav item when we use for logout

    Expected result

    dropdown is shown when clicking

Actual result

nothing happens
