Summary17679: When I refresh survey (press F5) I get NAN error on equation field
Description

To simplify the issue, I have a survey that reads two numbers and multiply them.
I activate the survey then run it
The first time I run it works fine. But if I press F5 I get NAN erro instead of the result expect , multiply the two numbers.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create survey that reads wo numbers. Add an equation field which gets the result of multipling those two numbers.
Activate survey. open the shared link provided.

Expected result

Expect the multiplication of those two numbers on the equation field

Actual result

After run it the first time, iF F5 pressed we get NAN error
