Summary17556: sent and remindersent of token is being recorded in the date form of admin user perference.
Description

As you know, the data type of sent and remindersent field in the token table is nvarchar, not dateatime.
Previously in the version 3.xxx, the date for sent and remindersent were recorded in yyyy-mm-dd format regardless of the admin user's preference but in version 5.xxx, the date is recorded in the date format of admin user's preference.

As a result, if users have different date format preference, the value of sent and remindersent field are messed up in the different format.

Steps To Reproduce

change the admin user's data format at My Personal Settings and send an invitation or reminder. If you check the db values, the string value of datatime of sent and remindersent will be in the different date format.

Details Diff		 Fixed issue 17556: Invitation, reminder and completion dates of participants were saved in the administrator's date format or as a wrong date
Dev Adding a participant and mass edit stored the posted date unconverted; editing a participant in an anonymized survey turned an unchanged date into a wrong one
