Summary17404: When create a new plugin store : have a preview
Description

This can be great to have a preview of extensiondetails to find if have error in plugin or in HTML.
Have it before validation, but https://www.limesurvey.org/extension-development too (less needed but :).

Steps To Reproduce

Make error in config.xml ? Or in HTML : no way to see if there are error ;)

I mean : public (like other user) preview :
Adding extension 100 have a link to https://www.limesurvey.org/limestore?view=extensiondetails&id=100

Seems the link are shown https://www.limesurvey.org/limestore?view=extensiondetails&id=36 gret for HTML, but no config.xml url ?
