Summary17103: Mass delete of survey administrators
Description

We have a large number of survey administrators created by LDAP interface and from time to time we remove orphaned administrators. Currently this has to one-by-one as there is no mass operation in User Control panel.
It would be nice to have a checkbox at the beginning of each line (user) along with a "delete all checked users" button.
