Summary16975: Allow startdate and datestamp as NULL value (startlanguage too)
Description

When using VV import : need to create 3 uneeded column
startdate, datestamp and startlanguage

It can be great to

  1. Don't force to have this 3 columns
  2. Allow to have areal difference between : imported data and updated data ( imported : not started, updated : started).

Potentials solutions

  • Remove the NOT NULL in activate
    • no need to update previous DB table, it's a new feature
    • When load survey or : must check if startdate is set or not : set it of not, same for startlanguage
