Summary16485: Inline html editor: placeholder fields break when using multiple languages
Description

When using the inline HTML editor in a survey with two languages, when switching languages the placeholder button adds the wrong placeholder (eg clicking on survey description adds {SURVEYADMIN} to the email.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a new survey, add two languages and use the inline HTML editor mode. Either go to email templates, or edit a question. If you add a placeholder the first time it works and adds the correct placeholder, but (without saving) switch the language tab and try to add the same (or any other placeholder) and an incorrect placeholder gets inserted.
