Description

Comment on single choice with comments and Other in drop down with other are encoded when goes previous

Steps To Reproduce

Import included surey
Lauchn TEST token
See the error , update NOT OK to <NOT OK>
Move next
Move previous
Error again

Additional Information

It's really a BIG issue to be unsure on the way value is sent , sometimes encoded, sometimes not …

And we can not really update it easily : any update broke API …
We can only add an new array maybe ?
