Summary16111: When import data from a deactivated table need an option to keep id
Description

Sometimes we need to keep id (i have some plugin stil using id of response)
It can be great to allow when import data from a deactivated table to allow imprt id (near the same way than VV)

Additional Information

Maybe allow to reset whole table too ? Deleting all current response , and import the old one.
