Summary16066: No warning of "No additional languages have been added".
Description

When trying to translate the survey and clicking the "Quick translation" button in the "tools" button, it didn't do anything, and did not show me a warning that, I first need to add a language to the survey in the "general settings" of that survey (or opened that place automatically).
