When a error happen when save : public user are not informed

Steps To Reproduce

See screencast :

  1. Launch a public survey multipage
  2. During survey , go to admin : delete whole response
  3. Come back ti survey, go to submit.
Additional Information

Alert are shown to admin user : but need to be shown to public user.
