Summary15652: Some token attribute show as invalid, but are valid
Description

TOKEN:SENT for example can be used in survey , but show as invalid for admin user.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import included LSA,
  2. Goes to Structure/Q00 : see the error
  3. Check survey logic : error still there
  4. Goes to browse participant
  5. Lauch 1st one, go the 1st page : no error
  6. Check again Q00 : no error

Details Diff		 Fixed issue 15652: TOKEN:PARTICIPANT_ID and other participant table columns were shown as invalid in the question summary and survey logic file
Dev Without a participant in the session, the TOKEN: variables now come from the participant table columns (as at survey runtime) instead of getTokenFieldsAndNames(), which lacks participant_id, tid, blacklisted, validfrom, validuntil and mpid		 Affected Issues
