Summary15475: Select all doesn't work on user List
Description

Nothing happen after click then "Select all" checkbox on User Administration Panel.
All users are not selected.

Steps To Reproduce
  • Go to Configuration
  • Click on "Manage Survey Administrators"
  • Click on Select All checkbox
