Summary15129: new question type: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)
Description

Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) should be implemented. VAS are similar to slider sacles but

  • without a marking in the beginning
  • just point and click, no drag an drop (else people trends to push it to max or min value)
  • each pixel in length should serve as possible response and should be clickable (or at least 100 values)
  • additional checkbox for "no answer"
