Summary14790: No warning or error when a plugin don't exist
Description

I just copy my master DB to develop DB to check update.
My master DB have a lot of plugins
Strangely this plugin don't shown as warning or error in plugin manager

Steps To Reproduce

Have a master DB with plugins
Update this master DB ?
