Summary14694: Email not mandatory even with DB Auth
Description

When create an user for Remote control : best is to have a user without any email.
Currently email are mandatory : it's an issue for LDAP (or Auth plugin), but it's an issue to for such user.

Additional Information

Maybe add a "No email" checkbox ? Then need a confirmation ?
But remove the mandatory email in model must be done.
