Summary14345: hidden timer doesn't work
Description

If a timer in a group is hidden ("Always hide this question" is set to 1), it doesn't work.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. create a group
  2. add one question
  3. add a timer -> it works
  4. set "Always hide this question" to 1 -> it doesn't work
