Summary13883: Add Question template name to wrapper css
Description

See https://www.limesurvey.org/forum/design-issues/115952-asset-manager-loads-css-in-different-order-with-debug-1#171434

User just want to update css , but if it's done via css file : it's apply to whole question in this page. Really more easy if wrappe have automatically the css class added.

Get https://github.com/Shnoulle/LimeSurvey-colored-yesno (i think button have name with yes/no , but not :(( ).
