Summary13016: Android browser chaches answers
Description

We like to use LimeSurvey as a rating tool for scientific talks in our mobile apps. We used 5 point selection.
Actually, for evaluation issues, we use only one URL for all talks and work with the "hiddenquestion" parameter (e.g. https://survey.deepmap.de/index.php/648847?hiddenquestion01=G9)

As we tested the behaviour on Android devices we discovered an issue in the results.
Ratings that were not sent (because the user decides sponteanously to rate another talk) are still available in the cache and are assigned to the next rating the user sends. This gives a complete wrong result of the ratings.

We already tried to modify the URL with newtest=y to reload, but then each user is able to rate a talk several times. We can't allow this.

This seems to be a cache problem on Android devices. We tested app internal and external browsers (firefox, chrome), but had always the same effect. Do you think something can be done about that even when it is an Android based problem?
For us this is an essential feature that we need. And it would be great if somebody could have a look on that.
As you can see in the links, we are hosting the system inhouse.

Steps To Reproduce

My rating behaviour was the following:

Additional Information

I attached an excel file where I marked my latest test in red.
In line 25 I rated the talk G9 -> in my comment "Test Demo G9" in column H you can see that it worked.
In line 26 I rated the talk G1 -> in my comment is written "Test Rebekka G1". This means , it didn't work, because in column I the talkID "G5" is written.
