Summary12959: New install (2.72.5+171121) : a big warning to update to 3.0 for security
Description

Just after setup a new clean install : a big warning show a security issue.

Steps To Reproduce

Setup a new install with files on https://www.limesurvey.org/stable-release
Login as super admin #1
See the warning :«Who , i must update just after installation ? And for security issue ?»
Think : «But why just downloaded files are not updated ? LimeSUrvey GMbh is not a serious company … »
Update and … cry if you want a stable version ;)
