I find this text label under General Settings->Tokens a bit ambiguous/confusing:

Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token: On
Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token: Off

I feel it is confusing because:
a) It depends on how I toggle: "Enable token-based response persistence":
b) and the "OR" suggests two options, but the On/Off only lets me select one.

So, if "Enable token-based response persistence" is On:
I assume if I set "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token" to On, I allow multiple responses?
And if set "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token" is to Off, then I update the response?

But if "Enable token-based response persistence" is Off:
If I set "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token" to On, I will allow multiple responses?
If I set "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token" to Off, I don't allow any responses? Or I update existing token? Or what?

Or is "Allow multiple responses or update responses with one token" irrelevant/ignored if I have set "Enable token-based response persistence" to On?
