Summary12813: Allow validate survey via an admin function
Description

We have some feature request about

  1. Update Equation value in database after update the equation
  2. Reset null value if question must be hidden after admin edit

1 + partially 2 is done but with a lot of hack in https://gitlab.com/Shnoulle-LimeSurvey-plugin/recomputeExpression
We already fix whole survey when submit a "Show index/all" survey just before submit : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/bee2ef30c7cacc8e22c25dc7fb90912fe91a6b5a/application/helpers/SurveyRuntimeHelper.php#L582

I think we must have somewhere a function to call and validate/fix any survey
Add this function with a new button in Response view (one response)
Add an ajax system to do in whole Responses
