Summary12756: Paging on Display Participants Grid
Description

It would be helpful to have the page controls at the top of the page for the Display Participants Grid. This would keep us from having to scroll down the page to get to them when we already know that the records we want to access are not on the first page that loads by defaults.

Additional Information

We should keep these at the bottom as well. It would be helpful to have them in both places.
